She has owned and operated a dedicated occupational medicine clinic in Mount Vernon, Washington, for the past 15 years, building a practice known for consistency, integrity, and patient-centered care.

In addition to leading the Mount Vernon clinic, Kathy partnered to expand access to occupational medicine services by opening a second clinic in Bremerton. Through this growth, she has remained hands-on and committed to maintaining the same level of quality care across both locations.
