Danie moved to Washington at the age of 19, beginning her career in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Those early years working directly with patients shaped her understanding of care and service, values that continue to guide her work today.

She later transitioned into the legal and administrative field, where she spent a combined twenty-one years in progressive roles, including leadership positions overseeing operations, and team management. During that time, she supervised payment processing functions, supported multi-location operations while contributing to the development of new office sites throughout Washington.

In 2019 Kathy, who had successfully operated a workers’ compensation clinic in Mount Vernon for many years, partnered with Danie. Together, they established the Bremerton clinic and welcomed their first patients in early 2020.

Today, Danie serves as Partner and Clinic Director. She oversees daily operations, staff leadership and development, regulatory compliance, financial systems, and administrative processes. She works closely with providers and staff to maintain efficient workflows and a supportive team culture. Danie is committed to serving the local community and helping injured workers navigate the workers’ compensation system with clarity, respect, and consistent support.
