Our experienced staff works closely with all parties involved in the claim process, including the Department of Labor & Industries (L&I), self-insured employers, third-party administrators, OWCP, nurse case managers, vocational counselors, and legal representatives. We provide clear, complete documentation to support appropriate claim decisions and help prevent unnecessary delays. Just as important, we take time to ensure injured workers understand their rights, their options, and can make informed decisions about their care and their claim.
